There isnt much to do here so I have spent my time playing games with my grandma like scrabble and my dads favorite game Farkel.

Niagara Falls
Ok so I haven't updated my blog in about well 2 months but I will definitely try and keep up on it especially for the next couple weeks because I am on a 3 week vacation with my grandparents. So far we have been to Niagara Falls in Ontario Canada and right now we are in Massachusetts and tomorrow we are heading to Maine for a day. On Wednesday we will be heading back to Canada to Prince Edward Island (PEI). We will be staying in PEI for about 5-6 days, and then we will be headed towards Nova Scotia. We will eventually be home home either the 15 or 16 of August. The first two days we were in Canada we spent it at Niagara Falls in Ontario. The falls were breathtaking they were so beautiful, I've never seen anything so beautiful in my life. While we were at the falls we took the Maid of the Mist boat ride into the Canadian falls. I had a blast on the boat, we all got pretty wet but it was totally worth it and the water was very refreshing after being in the sun. After the boat ride we took a people mover bus around town and saw the rapids, the whirlpool and we saw the Floral Clock. The Floral Clock was amazing every year it is different, and it is an actual working clock made of flowers and plants! Niagara Falls was beautiful and there was so much to do in such little time! I feel like I have been on vacation for weeks already with everything I have gotten to do. If you ever think about taking a vacation just to get away and you want to see something beautiful I highly recommend the falls, I would go back in a heart beat!

MIS Nascar Time Trials
Chad Knaus's autograph! Chad Knaus-Jimmy Johnson's crew chief
Emily and I with Jeff Gordon's race car
Jimmy Johnson getting ready to start time trials
Jimmy Johnson getting ready to start time trials
Jeff Gordon getting ready to start time trials
Last Friday, June 13 my friend Emily invited me to go to Michigan International Speedway to watch the time trials for Nascar. I was so excited that she invited me... I had a blast getting to see my favorite race car drivers! (well technically not the drivers but there cars) I got some pictures of Jimmy Johnson and Jeff Gordon's race cars when they were lining up to start thetime trials, and I tried to get a few pictures of some cars that were passing by, but it is prettyimpossible because they are going soooo fast. I had a lot of fun Friday, except the cars areREALLY loud. After the time trials there was supposed to be an ARCA race, however it got cancelled due to the rainy weather, the track was very wet. Since the ARCA race was cancelled emily and I went over to the SPEED booth to see what was going on over there and it turns out that they were doing a broadcast and we happened to get up right to the front row, so we were on TV several times! On one of the broadcasts SPEED interviewed Jimmy Johnson's crew chief, which I happened to get an autograph from. Here are some pictures from my fun day at MIS!!

Dinner at Kobe's
On Saturday night my dad took my mom and I to Kobe's a Japanese Steakhouse. I really enjoyed my meal, and it was very entertaining! The chef comes to your table, and cooks your meal right in front of you on a grill that is built into your table. The food was delicious, my mom and I both got jumbo sea scallops and my dad ordered tuna. I had a blast!
Dinner at Hoggy's
On Friday night my mom, dad and I went to dinner at Hoggy's BBQ. My mom and I ordered pulled pork, but my dad on the otherhand ordered a 1/2 rack of ribs and a 1/2 of chicken. I couldn't believe my eyes when his dinner came out, so all weekend he has been joking with me that we can snack on leftover chicken!
Who Dung It?
Can you guess which animal in the Columbus Zoo this dung belongs to? Vote to the right hand side of my blog if you think you know or you want to make a wild guess, the answer will be posted at the deadline of the poll with a photo of the animal.
The Columbus Zoo!
I had a great time exploring the Columbus Zoo! There were so many animals to see, and so much information to learn. I really like the zoo, especially because there were animals out that you could touch and hold, and there were many workers around the zoo who could tell you anything you wanted to know about an animal. Here are some pictures of some of the animals at the Columbus Zoo!
My Trip to Columbus!
This weekend my mom and I went to Columbus to visit my dad since he has been down here for about a week for business. On Friday evening when we arrived, we went to Hoggy's BBQ for dinner and then to Graeters for ice cream. On Saturday we went to the Columbus Zoo and to the Easton outdoor shopping center. It has been a great weekend, I have learned so much and I have had a blast!

Memorial Day Camping Trip!
Over Memorial Day weekend my family and I went on a camping trip Pokagon State Park in Indiana. My sister Chelsea and I both were able to bring a friend, so I brought my best friend Emily. Over the weekend we rode our bikes through the trails, played on the playground, went to the beach, fell asleep on the beach and got sun burnt, sat by the campfire, played cards, played track ball, and got attacked by bugs, mosquitoes to be exact! Here are some of the pictures Emily and I took on our camping trip! Overall we had a blast and I can't wait to go back again next year!

Softball update!
Our softball team had a game yesterday, Thursday against two different teams. We played a double header and we won both games, the story of the second game is kind of funny, but we ended up forfeiting the game due to bad sportsmanship of the opposing teams coach. All in all our team played very good, we had only one pitcher Haley who did phenominal and our catcher Courtney did absolutely amazing, she made some great stops!

Tsar Nicholas II children's remains found
Analysis of DNA and bones showed that Crown Prince Alexei and his youngest sister, Maria, were among 11 people, including the Tsar, his family and aides, executed by Bolsheviks in 1918.
In 1991 remains of nine of the victims were found, leading to rumours that the children had escaped the purge.
However, the tests by American scientists showed that the two children were among those killed.

Leeland!
At the Casting Crowns concert, the opening band was Leeland. I had never heard of them before, but once they started singing I absolutely loved them. They have a great band, and the songs are incredible. My favorite song they sang was called "Sound of Melodies". It is a great song, and if you get a chance I recommend that you look it up. Maybe one day I will be able to see Leeland in concert not as an opening band, but I am so glad I was introduced to them, they are Fantastic!

The best painting I've ever seen
During the Casting Crowns concert last night the band played a song while a friend created a painting that went along with the message of the concert. The picture started off with just words and then arms, and later on it became Jesus and hands praising him! It is the most powerful picture I have ever seen, it is truly beautiful!
Casting Crowns
Last night I went to a Casting Crowns concert for the altar and the door album. There opening band was Leeland, I had never heard of them before, but I REALLY enjoyed them, I thought they were fantastic! If you get the chance look up the song Sound Of Melodies and you will see how great they are! The concert was absolutely amazing, and there were several uplifting positve messages. The lead singer of Casting Crowns Mark prayed for all of the people who do not know Jesus Christ, and hopefully quite a-lot of people comitted there lives to Christ that night. I really enjoyed myself, my dad has the best surprises EVER! Thanks SO much dad I had a blast!
